Killing Spam Forever!
- UGH! So I came in to check on my blog today and I had 79 new comments posted (and awaiting approval). I was like WTF? Whoa! 79 comments!?!? Yeah, well of those 79 only ONE was a legitimate comment from a real person. The rest were huge blocks of spammy links to some crappy insurance site. *Sigh* So I had to do something about it. I never want to miss a legitimate comment because of some nasty spammers. So next time you go to leave me a comment, you’ll see a new little feature (called a “Captcha”). Most of you are familiar with how it works, but for those of you who don’t all you have to do is write your comment as always, and then enter the 5 digit code in the required field before you click the submit button. It’s easy as pie and will help me focus on my real fans and not the shitty spam bots. So try it out and leave me some comments dammit! LOL….
